Hornady 145 gr ELDX good for long range, fast opening but will get the job done, most cup and core type projectiles in the 130 to 150 gr will work well in the 270 win.

I would move up to 140 or 150gr with more tangible bullets in 270W. Gameking, speer btsp or bergers for a flash one. Std cup and core 130gr work well. Interlocks, hotcors or accubond for a flash...
