   well I said 25 years ago.....the biggest mistake made when licences were changed from paper booklet to a plastic card..was the non inclusion of a magnetic strip and corosponding machines to register...

   so 1 grn of powder = ABOUT a 4% difference...if you using a 25grn load for ease of calculation..... also for ease of calculation 3000fps velocity x 4% =120fps which under 250ish yards wont matter...
