    Thanks for the advice. Just tried. Reticle's not moving. My old 4x was pretty much bullet proof, I assume this will be the same, I'll pop it onto a Vanguard .308 that I've just finished tuning. Cheers

    For the five minutes it takes to properly gut a deer and check the organs are healthy, why wouldn't you ? I have two strings on my knife belt for carrying pigs that also double as ties for gutting....

    Watch a rifle fire in super slow mo. You'll be amazed how much the barrel and receiver flexes under recoil.
