    Prone, your body does not recoil back with the rifle, the butt just digs in. A tiny but upright shooter has it easier.

    Yes high has volume so reasonably big suppressor will be best But relatively low pressure from a 45-70 so it won't eat the baffles like a high pressure round in a short barrel

    Thats interesting, I've had stuck cases with Dillon lube, and with Imperial wax, never with the Lee "toothpaste" And no hydraulic dings either. I suspect most if not all the commercial lubes work,...
