I have a 215Grain HP for the 44/40 would probably kill a hare, no GC but good for 1200- 1300fps

At the end of thd day it's what feels right for you, my long range rig only gets shot prone off the bipod so the weight of the suppressor on the end of the barrel is not an issure for me. Also on...

It will be a big step up in blast I have had radial and directional brakes and have now gone to a suppressor. Directional brakes are ear bleeders but generally better at reducing recoil.

Shot a nice bush stag a few weeks back and had it made into about 25 salamis. Having a great time giving them away to friends and work mates, even some minor acquaintances. I like the idea of the...

It tells me 2211 fps at just 28,722 psi pressure, with only 79.4% powder burn in that barrel length, so 20% of the powder will be burning after it exits the barrel, might pay to use a Stainless first...

Probably the best 222 ever made, along with the early BSA's and BRNO's. Vixens in good nick are getting harder to come by now, so look after yours mate, it'll see ya out.
