Light layers every time except in the coldest of conditions. This is primarily for N Island hunting, but even in August in the South the simple clothing system I use has worked very well. Even in...

Stop drilling out flash holes and there is no need for Magnum primers you are not tried to ignite coal, If standard primers will ignite 46.00 grains of 2206H why won't they work with Trail Boss...

Magnus Includes explanation why neck-sizing-only is good idea for .303s (note, you can also achieve NSO with a press using a neck-sizer die). Enjoy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3TAHq2zKqS0

Mate, you can reload with a Lee Loader, primers, powder and projectiles, and the loads will be as good, or better, than factory loads. Google Lee Loader, have a look at what it can do, and if you...

Cooper I assume it is a .308? If so, then sounds like the 1:11” twist is not fast enough to stabilise the longer 200gr bullet. shooternz’s 151gr bullets are specifically designed for .308.

I grew up shooting a 243 with 100gr federal power shok soft points. Performed flawlessly and always dropped deer consistently upto big stags. Also shot a few with 80gr soft points no worries. A mate...

Na. Haven't had a powder spill that I can remember but I tend to find primers, tumbling media and projectiles and other essential reloading stuff where it shouldn't be. Sent from my SM-G965F...

Years ago Graeme Omlo wrote an article about the .243 for Rod and Rifle. He tried a number of projectiles, but he reckoned none worked better than the Hornady 87gr spire point.
