This is my dog Woody, GSPxViszla, currently 9 months old, stalking apprentice. Training going well, still not quite onto "heel" but recall, leave and other basic commands going pretty well so far....

Micky Duck liked post by Ingrid 51 On thread : Nissan X-Trail for towing boat
I’ve witnessed some crazy towing rigs. For example two people I know tow their 4 tonne+ boats with (a) a Ranger and (b) a 2.8 Hilux. Madness! I’ve had a brake controller fitted to my d max though...

OK, that's pretty clear already, thanks. The X-Trail would be an upgrade on what I have currently, but only do very short journeys with the boat usually. I borrowed a mate's Navara the other day for...

Quite right MD, that with enviromental considerations . . . I always make a call on how good my "hold" is for that day, in good morning light when my eyes are at their best I reckon I can hold to...

Micky Duck liked post by No good names left On thread : Transporting a long bow
It wasn't quite as long as that but I sent some fragile 1.4m stuff via Aramax inside a length of PVC downpipe. It turned out to be a good rigid form of packaging. I guessed it would need to be able...

I expect it will primarily be used deer stalking by me and perhaps I will go chase a scrub bull with it. The previous owner had it for just over 40 years and the owner before that is now long...

Well we did have a tiger problem here, but that 500 nitro for black powder express solved it admittedly with much less style. There are still a few cougar's around though.

Nah I'm fine thanks I'm actually pretty happy with the level of recoil The thing is with a double you need to run it full noise to get the barrels regulated
