I cant answer for MSL, but my reasons are: Barrel sits lower and doesnt catch, so a long barrel still carries easily. lowers centre of gravity / balance point of rifle so it 'hangs' and doesnt swjng,...

I converted a 303 to fire off the half cock position by filing the hold notch out. very simple and halved the lock time. Never gave any problems

I agree with your comments re stags but I wouldn't expect to see them there just yet. Doesn't look very fertile mineral rich ground that would attract velvet stags and doesn't look like good fawning...

The Niggeloh with the forward strap around the barrel. Nothing better. Wont slip off shoulder and the slight stretch cushions and absorbs jumps and bumps so the rifle doesn't bounce.

Looking at the photo, I cant see any quality feed or feed country, perhaps you are too keen and fit, climbed too high above the feed ?. Are there any creeks with scrubby faces and gully heads,...

Which case is the longer ? With Ackley cases they are designed slightly shorter than the parent, meaning that 2506 factory loads can be fired in a 2506 Ackley chamber as an example and headspace...

I had a brief play with some load development loads for my 21" standard 270 today. Around 58.5 grains of Superformance will send an 140 AB at around 3060. I went up to 3110 but this was too high and...

Can almost guarantee that will be their 'powerpoint' Ryan. They dont sell them for reloading. I have tried Hornady as a substitute but they are too soft. The 130 Powerpoint is a fantastic 270 load
