    Yes, the human pupil only dilates to a maximum of 7mm with a few rare exceptions greater than that. However, I doubt whether there would be too many middle age people who's eyes still dilate to 7mm....

    Almost correct, what causes case head separation in that area is not actually anything to do with the die working the brass in that area....the die actually sizes very little near the case head....
