When I used the 222 most the time I tended to chest shoot most animals, shot some big stags too. So long as you shot is true and with a reasonable bullet that will get into the vitals you had a dead...

It is a beautiful area to visit with lots of wildlife to experience. The seafood is great and with a little luck hubby should knock a deer or two over and you can enjoy some of the best venison...

They don't deserve the privilege of being allowed to shoot there, idiots like this don't care as if they lose the acces they will just shoot up road signs or whatever else they shouldn't be shooting,...

The 55 gr Hornady SP is a good ,cheap bullet for the 223 . If you want more penetration the Barnes 50 or 53 gr would be the answer. Using lighter calibers does help you become a better more careful...

More into the long range shooting so the extra power is a requirement for ethical kills. The 222,223 were good out to about 200 odd yards but there wasn't a lot of room for error. Bigger calibers...

Some very nice looking goat heads guys, I have been a bit of a collector of goat heads over the years. In the past we shot thousands of goats and you didn't really get a lot of decent ones for the...
