Get a 75l. Write a gear list and stick to it each trip (+/- things you may discard, add or change) and you won't have to worry about taking too much stuff.

You ( & all of us) should be selective about what gear you take regardless of pack size. The 75 will allow you to carry more meat out:thumbsup:
