The one I've been using is similar to the first one: 100g sea salt 8g Epsom salts 2g cream of tartar 1g of mix to 1L of water Add orange juice, cordial etc to flavour Seems to work OK.

You can get lead material adhering to the fume/smoke on the way out. With melting metal, anything inhaled = bad... And while copper in a small amount is an essential mineral, too much is insanely...
