Haha you think like me, that was my first response when he called me asking what to do and complaining there wasn't a drain point in the tank. I was a bit flasher and suggested a tec screw though!

Not too sure why, but the only dies I've ever experienced issues like this with are my Hornady ones for .308. I've had two stuck cases in the full length sizer, ripped the rims clean off. Never had...

I just got asked, whats the best thing to do with a Hilux (this is the new one with the silly hybrid battery ballast thingy in it) that's had 10L of 91 biffed in it on an empty tank? I haven't...

That's what happened in the end. Cost $500 to sort, a fair bit of farting about but cheaper than 2 weeks without vehicle. The mechanic was a funny bastard, fill it with diesel and drive it he said....

Most people that try an aux motor decide it's a waste of time the first time. Any sort of decent windage and a little aux can't keep your course. If it's a decent enough motor that has enough grunt...

Not sure that applies with corrosion though? They also don't fix them any more I think, it's a replacement as far as I know. The last one I sent back for repair just got straight out replaced with...

Radius the firing pin to prevent cracking - yep sounds like the right rifle haha. I'll work on some pictures later and post up. Don't have a schematic as such I think - but I'll check that too.

If the bolt clears and eye relief is OK for your eye it should be fine. If you have to adjust the eye relief rearwards you might run into a slight issue. I normally set them up like you have, rings...

I tell you what, I've never been able to find a decent node in my shotgun. Damn thing patterns all day. On a more serious note, I have the feeling that this was more of a hangover of older action...
