John is only interested in making barrels and does profiling and threading but I am not sure if he will cut flutes. You would have to ask him. I think my barrel is going to cost me just on 700...

Success! Had to stick it in a vice, wrap a wet towel around the stock while one of us hit the receiver with a blowtorch and another worked the bolt loose with a rattle gun. Bit of a mission

the barnes WONT do anything a cup n core cant do better... Ive used them 3 times in 270 (110grn).....they work,nothing spectacular,less meat damage,but no real advantage. 2 chammy with single shot...
