About oneshot
Biography:
Grew up on a farm so hunting came naturally, I learnt to respect wild game and shoot for the freezer, not for the sake of killing to get numbers. I believe you dont have to kill something to enjoy a good hunt. A photo is worth as much as an animal dead on the ground.
Location:
Upper Hutt
Interests:
Trail Running, Hunting, fishing, any excuse to be out in the bush
Occupation:
Government employee

My one was brand new still wrapped in grease paper, the brass butt plate didn't help with recoil but I got used to it, its now shortened and sporterised with a better stock.

My first rifle was a 303, its what I learnt to hunt with at 13 years old, brilliant calibre and a great learning weapon.

I'm a firm believer in not eating antlers, and your right a trophy can be the story, the experience, and a large framed photo in my opinion is just as valuable as a head on the wall.

rifle pointed downwards, unloaded and broken open or bolt out. I have been asked once to leave my rifle outside for the night, I think you can all guess as what my response would have been.
