In your pics it appears that the neck isn't sized all the way down and the case shoulder looks rounded as though it hasn't been sized back. Wind your sizing die in further to bump the shoulder back...

I'm a Mitutoyo man myself which comes about from my trade background. The Hornady will most likely be a Chinaman. I also have a Chinese digital calliper and it works perfectly OK. It's the one I...

Yep, Hornady calliper is fine. Could your powder have gone bad? How old is it? How's it been stored? Has it been left open at any point? The electronic scales are shite and drift all the time but...

We load a very similar load but an 123gr. SST and 8208. Our load is 27.7g and its not compressed but very close, anything over 28g and you could defiantly hear faint crunching when seating the...

Yep. Over and over I've pointed this out to new hand loaders. Get a mechanical beam scale. The el cheapo digital with strain gauge innards will let you down with zero drift. And something with a...

A decent beam scale might be a more reliable option ...

Never was able to get good results with my 1500 g2, ended up going balls deep on an autotrickler setup and fuck, what a setup. Reloading is not for the money saver. Gordons Reloading tool is bloody...

I think Jhon has the right idea. I feel that for a hunting rifle the idea of developing an ideal load is actually pretty pointless if anything you chuck down the barrel prints about 1 moa anyhow....

I’ve done a lot of load dev for a heap of different rifles and calibres over the years. Yet to find one where the accuracy node and POI is much different with or with out suppressor. One point I have...

I have just had one fitted to my 300 win Mag , at 25 yds it was 2 inches low and an inch right with suppressor on using the load it was sighted in for without the suppressor. Point of impact is quite...

I haven’t done load development unsuppressed, but I have shot the load without it. The harmonics are definitely different and the POI shift was huge, ~10cm at 100m.

There may be good reasons to hold off, especially if its just for a short while until a suppressor arrives. To be fair, the difference in POI between suppressor and no supressor is likely to be...

Move to Australia, no suppressors allowed. Problem solved. I think you could do the development with it on. I believe it will affect harmonics. That is it will change the point of impact with it...

Get your barrels threaded the same and use one suppressor made for the larger diameter pill, instead of two. Just need to have a rear bush to suit each barrel.
