Need to scan for codes in the ac system. Possibly faulty exterior or interior temp sensors. Could be an open circuit in either making ac ecu think it neds to be on in full cold blast mode.

It maybe so the AC gets a run every time you start it, they need it. I’ll do some research and let you know if I find something.
