   Yeah, I used to get a lot of cramp when on Brufen. I now take zinc too which seems to contra it. Also diabetic so eat minimal carbs and sugar. Get by ok though.

   I take Brufen SR before I go, while I'm there and when I get back. Plenty of it. Gets me through with some pain but tolerable. Im not scared of taking it. When Im done Im done. Far better than not...
