   I believe if you are pulled over for any reason and a regi check shows the registered owner has a fal that is flagged as "firearms" for the officers conducting the stop.

    The good old Bushnell TRS-25 is a very good option. It is a 3 MOA dot though. Not sure if that is within your specs... bit it is only $350 new and as far as I know, airgun suitable.
