Once you have pulled the pills simply fill with the correct weight powder and replace the pill. No need to remove the primer. And yes Drinking a box of piss while reloading is not reccomended ...

You'll be needing flat point projectiles for use in the tubular magazine and you should also crimp them in place to prevent any shifting if the projectile in the case under recoil Cheers Pete
