Problem found!! Natural point of aim = rifle naturally resting with point of aim on the target, when in shooting position. No muscle required to be on target. Bipod spikes allow too much...

As these 2 groups were shot with different rear rests, I would suggest throwing the rear monopod in the bin and shooting again, with the rear bag, concentrating on your basics.
