   Tbf, that's probably not a very good powder to use for the V-Max. Bit too slow burning for 95gr pills. Ball powders can be very dirty and erratic with light loads under them. I bet if you tried...

    You can measure your twist rate with a cleaning rod. Recommend you determine that before doing anything else. May also be worth looking at the bedding between stock and action. Mine needed tidying...
