Whatever case filler you use will end up gumming up your suppressor. You could try a powder like Titegroup. Pitiful case fill, but supposedly position insensitive enough to get away with it. Fast...

3. Depends, what is the bullet. On HPBT bullets, the hollow point part isn't necessarily a design feature that's there to promote expansion, it's an artifact from the way the jackets are drawn up...

267734 GRT suggests 40gr should be your limit at 2543fps. I'd just load them to 2500fps and be happy.

Whilst you can shoot small groups with inexpensive rifles and optics, IMO it's a roll of the dice buying a JW15. Most of the older ones are decent enough. Some of the newer ones are rather poor. I...

I'm shooting a 223AI with an 88gr ELD-M. It drops below 1000ft/lbs at ~200m. But the bullet on paper should still expand and produce adequate wounding to kill an animal cleanly out to ~600m... ...

Stability. Those 75's can be pretty borderline in 1:8's. Some rifles stabilise them but not all. I'd try a few before buying 500. On the box, Hornady say a 1:7.5 twist is needed.

1. 580m. 2. Wallaby. 3. Upper chest. 4. I said "adequate wounding to kill an animal cleanly". Which it did. Also multiple deer and pigs at between 250m and 500m with that and other 22 cals. All...

TeRei, they don't need to be driven as fast to open out. When they do open, you have petals / blades rather than a plain mushroom. Like being hit by a blender at mach 3. There's two versions......

Yep. I've used a lot of it. Section22 shoots at Sparrowhawk out to 400m and for hunting on rabbits, hares, possums, and roos. It hits harder than the 40gr stuff. Does about 1000fps from rifle...
