   I've seen people running high end Kahles and Schmidt & Bender scopes on 22lr's. And others running fixed 4x Tasco's on 270's. Get whatever scope you want that gives you enough magnification to see...

    A 223 can spin a bullet much, much faster than a 222. That will be why Speer say not to use it in 223 - in case it comes apart from being fired several hundred fps quicker out of a fast twist barrel...
