   put items out that smell strongly of you and if in the area it will likely be sleeping on it when you next check it usually its a coat or something that doesnt get washed often

   fresh scent is best not some old coat that hasnt been worn for six months otherwise just take the tee shirt off you are wearing once you finish looking for the day and leave it there with it

   if its an entire male...find a bitch in season and take her out to area and consider keeping her there in cage overnight... keep going back looking and contact close by landowners...dont give up.

   Check the pound though, could have been picked up. Had a local heading dog lost in the thunder last week, picked up and deposited in a pound 80 km away. At least the owner got it back.
