A set of leicas would be nice but a bit out of range at this point. I'll try and have a look through some tomorrow and go from there. Cheers for the input and advice team, it is appreciated.

Any advantage going to the 10x50? A bit heavier but as Mickyduck says I've got about 15kg to lose off my gut before I worry about a couple of hundred grams in my binos :D

I'm sure she finds the tomato sauce in the fridge on the first go too :XD: That's interesting though, everyone's eyes are different.

+1 on the W760, very cheap from Belmont in Wanganui. Load for my mate's 270 and it goes good with 130 grain hornady interlocks, yet to try any other projectiles in it.117402k That's 3 shots at...

That nicely finished and lapped match barrel will likely be the source of the the higher speed. My reasoning for this is that my 243 has a Truflite ultra match and it provides speeds it shouldn't, 95...

You could start with data for the 150 grain bullet, reduce by 10 percent and work up. Or split the difference between 140 and 150 data, reduce by 10 percent and work up.

It's an aftermarket turret, if you search up "delta titanium ballistic turret" you'll find it.

Sorry Hornady states 0.604 for that speed range and if you use that and 3130 you get bang on 10 moa in strelok. They've got the expanded bcs here ...

If I started all over again, I would buy the bits I needed rather than a kit. In my opinion, and I'm just looking at my bench and what I use regularly. You need a powder trickler, a good set of...

A correction, before you even start looking at gear buy a reloading manual, preferably one of the more recent publishings but there's plenty of value in the older ones as well just they won't have...

The Lyman one has been good for me but I also have two hornady books as well. Digital copies are good but you just can't beat a hard copy. Nathan Fosters books are good too, he does a reloading one...
