Nick Harvey manuals got me started. The Net is great too, but cross-reference EVERYTHING to be sure, and then look at a book to be certain. Dont assume powders with the same Number, but different...

A small-medium galv-chain works well for scouring-out the rust. Any "liner" has to be fastidiously applied (think Don-Brash -anal) to eliminate thin-spots of liner. Overdo any/all the instructions...
