Correct, and konevs point about light ones with thin jackets in very fast twists is a good one. At 3200 fps a bullet fired from a 1:7 twist is doing 329,1000 rpm and that will rip a 40 grain varmit...

more the case if its a fast twist and sticking 40g rounds down the pipe i think, could breakup on exit of the barrel and take the suppressor with it.
