Try that recipe I posted above for the spike buck and for the older buck cook the shoulder in an oven bag. Make some knife point pockets to slip in some peeled cloves of garlic

one thing i will add here be very carefull with supressors, they give much higher pressure. I have seen loads shot with one on that pops primers out the back of the bolt face, and renders the pockets...
