   canross your best bet is to download a basic ballistics app and run some numbers. Often a projectile with a BC as high as the 162 ELD-M going slow will outperform a lighter projectile going faster...

   Should not be an issue with feeding, you might have to open up the lips on the mag slightly for284 but not a show stopper. I’m not a gun smith but I’d be asking another Smith for a 2nd opinion. 284...
