Yep. They all have them. Get to know the bits you DO need to check regarding the animal's health: lungs, liver, lymph glands etc etc. plenty of assistance in google land.....and on here:thumbsup:

If I'm looking at that the right way, that gland is part of the tail. Not sure what it's purpose is for the deer, but it's the bit that's desired by the Asian Market.
