The older I have got the more important thermals have become for me. I really feel the cold nowadays so wouldn't be without them. I still prefer Merino.

Not bad groups with the open sights mate, I will quite often remove my scope so I can shoot with irons. If you do decide to drift your sights across use a brass punch so it doesnt marr the metal work.
