    You could use an epoxy glue rather than heat/solder/etc to attach the sights. If you want to change the glued on sights later, a bit of moderate heat will be enough to remove the epoxy.

    I use a Hornady collet puller and I do not resize the neck. You will not lose any powder unless you tip a case over. Remade OAL is 10 thou off the lands.
