Problem is centering the chamber according to the bore. I understand chamber reamers need a special flexible holder when used in a lathe to allow them to find their own way according to their bore...

The 300 Win Mag is seated for mag fit which is just about to deep for this bullet. with the other 3 projectiles i have i will seat them out a little further. The COAL for that round was 85 mm.

Maybe because they are mil spec powders, militaries like using ball powders. But a lot of mil spec ammo has inconsistent powder charges. Not the powder's fault. Someone may have a better answer,...
