    65 to 75l should be plenty if you can do 3 days with the 50l. Strap stuff on the outside when your packing meat out. The exped and osprey packs at bivouac look good

    Second hand cactus foray. Or macpac Torre or Cascade. Good solid canvas packs. Macpac are a bit cheaper.

    +1 for the cascade, can do 10days out of mine. Id be looking closely at cactus offerings though. Have a molly me for overnight trips and you would struggle for 5days
