I had an Osprey and really liked it but the hip belt was just a bit too big for me. Could never cinch it down tight enough for heavy loads to feel stable. So moved that on and got a Tatonka. Slightly...

I've done 11 days with tents and mountain gear (ropes, harnesses, axes + crampons etc) using a Macpac Ascent 75 (previous model), it was tight for space and with ~30kg load the straps tended to...

I recon the dry weight of the tatonka is a big downer for them. I have a Macpac Cascade 75ltr which is great but they don't make the 90ltr any more. I think the 80ltr Torre is their biggest pack. The...

65 to 75l should be plenty if you can do 3 days with the 50l. Strap stuff on the outside when your packing meat out. The exped and osprey packs at bivouac look good

Second hand cactus foray. Or macpac Torre or Cascade. Good solid canvas packs. Macpac are a bit cheaper.

+1 for the cascade, can do 10days out of mine. Id be looking closely at cactus offerings though. Have a molly me for overnight trips and you would struggle for 5days

Tatonka 75 L, love mine. Very well made and weight carrying capabilities are superb. Really distribute the weight well. You might want to consider slightly bigger but it depends how much shite you...
