If I didn't have too many rifles and not enough time left to use them all I would get a Mauser M18 in 6.5prc for $1,250, chop it to 18-20" (I would do 20"), put a dpt on it and call it my only rifle....

From that table looks like the 80-85gr bullets would be the go for up to red spikers and hinds. I used H414/W760 with 85-87gr bullets from an 18" barrel 243 but that was before I had a crony. ...

Nah it was propper fuct.. I gave it a good scrub and bore lap but the grooves have receded from the original groove dimension of .311/.310" to .323" :wtfsmilie: so it may have shot 8mm projectiles...

Rudd are not considered good to eat, at least not in the western world. Perch can be good depending on their environment, clear water, koura-fed etc. Don't know about catfish. You won't go far wrong...
