Kelly County in Brightwater own K2 packs now, my partners friend is sewing them together for them, they have new packs in store and I'm sure they can handle any repairs as well.

I thought I would put this guide together to answer common questions about the terms, tech and misconceptions around thermal technology. First step in buying a thermal is to decide what kind of...

At the works we used to soak them in hot hot water then bang them on the concrete and the inside came flying out

We should all probably be making annual donation to LandSAR and/or Helicopter Rescue Trust. I have done so for many years even though never used either personally. If you can afford to feed a rifle...

Bloody good reminder. I hunt with daypack on. Don't carry anything on my belt. Lost too many good knives that way. Used to carry PLB on back, worried I might get in situation where it was trapped...

Got myself a suron last year . Use it only for hunting. It’s electric and is not as big as a dirt bike but more like a mtb. The thing is nuts , straight uphill with a full pack on . Shit it can go...

I've done a few trips into one spot using my MTB to knock off the first 5 k's of 4WD track and stashing the bike in the bush while walking further in. Definitely saves some time and was welcome on...

Having spent the last 38 years (jeeze, has it really that long?) Hauling deer out of the hills on 2 wheelers (including deer in saleable condition) I can confidently confirm that there's no 2 wheeler...

I do the odd trip on the MTB, have to be a little bit careful riding with a heavy pack of gear & meat, saves a bit of time over walking in & out. 38426

Brought a mtb of tardme for hunting forestry blocks, it works well and you do get closer to animals on roads etc but the best bit is the easier ride out with a pack full of meat!

RV1 liked post by blip On thread : Half cock or safety
I am wary of safetys. Its just more fool proof not putting a round in the chamber unless your going to shoot. Had a rifle go of on me once when I disengaged the safety. Had a young guy with me at the...

Goodness me, this one again... I'll say what I said last time. After many years of what I called "half cock" which I accept could very well be "half open", I now operate with bolt fully closed...
