Auckland refugee living the dream in Northland. Ex mechanic, draughtsman, engineering designer, Project Manager, Engineering Manager and Operations Manager, now doing what I actually like. Always had rifles since a kid, never really got into shotguns until a couple of years ago, now I shoot clays every weekend.

    It's usually plastic from the wads unless you are using fibre in which case it's lead. It can be scraped out if you wish or a stiff bronze brush or turks head will get rid of it in a few passes...

    I just use a belt with a molle pouch on. I'm that guy in the shorts and T-shirt, wearing normal sunglasses and cap etc rather than the traditional setup.
