    I always pat mine down with paper towels to dry them off before I vacuum pack and freeze them. They seem to keep better and cook better that way.

    I have spent a fair bit of time there over the years but not recently. Waihau is a really cool spot and there is some great kingie fishing around Cape Runaway and good snapper inside the cape....
