Mot pistol club is a good venue. Associate membership for a year is pretty cheap and you can shoot out to 440yards (from memory). Good people to deal with too.

I used to use 165 Nosler BTs in front of AR2213sc with good results but if you are looking at a heavier projectile I would probably go with a slower powder.

No difference. I have loaded them in 300WM and 7mmRM in exactly the same way I load "normal" brass. Just keep an eye on the condition of the cases as I have heard that the nickle can crack/peel off...
