    The only outfit that makes the 45 HP mold I want has gone missing may have go for a heavier HP than I wanted, I think a 30/30 will come first getting more requests for that than the .45 sorry...

    Yes the 35 cal is an excellent choice people seem to forget that in the Black powder era bullet diameter was important as velocity was only 1500fps or less The .35 cal was used as a small game...

    Don't worry about fillers not needed in the .44 Mag with any of the shot gun powders, Look up loads for the .44 Special for start loads I have gone down to 6 grains of Trail Boss with the 270 HP...
