Smokeless powder is chemically complex and that does not mean you can not make it. Just that if you stuff it up you may die. You can do anything if you acquire the appropriate licenses.

my poohseventy sits 2-3grns ABOVE book max on all loads WITHOUT pressure signs,on a normal day...on a hot day they start to appear. those loads would blow up my mates rifle as it shows pressure signs...

I snapped an action screw in a Remington tactical model once trying to tourqe up to 60 inlbs. Hence now it’s 40 for everything, never had a problem and they all shoot.

In with new powder, the batches won't be that different.... Ever done a ladder test and seen if your on a node, a little either way makes bugger all difference. ( Oh and I buy from the same store......
