At subsonic it should never foul just clean with solvent and a few patches it is like a big .22RF, The lube is mostly wax a bit like car wax, all that is in the bore is powder residue no scrubbing...

I am not sure of the velocity but I get good accuracy with 25.00 grains of 2206H start to get lead fouling at 35.00 grains around 2100fps in my rifles 30" barrel.

If you don't hand load then it is the 300BLK subsonic loads for .308 are not readily available unless custom loaded by some one.

If you want to use cast bullets don't use a fast twist the slower the better my test rifle has a 1:13" twist and stabilises the 151HP down to 900 fps haven't tried to go lower not keen on a stuck...

Go to the local scrap dealer and buy lead, wheel weights are not the best for slugs and buckshot too hard and unless you know what to look for a waste of time if you do use WW keep the temperature...
