shooternz liked post by Dead is better On thread : Policeman shoots himself in foot
This has to be the single most gloriously de-railed thread ever! We start off laughing at a foot shooting plod and that has somehow mutated to the JKF conspiracy and now that petro-dollar Banksta ...

shooternz liked post by Kiwi Greg On thread : Recoil Brake Noise
Without proper testing equipment it is hard to say. I do know some brakes are louder than others, same with suppressors. Some rifles/cartridges/calibres are louder using the same brake. On...

So I'm sitting watching cartoons with my kids, as usual I'm not really focused on the content, just sitting and spending time with them. Then for some reason I start watching. Maisy mouse is on,...

I don't understand why they can't just keep the formulation the same. I couldn't imagine a world without 2206H.

Maybe thats why the Police are anti AR15s at the moment. They are a very dangerous weapon in the wrong hands.:D:D:D:D

shooternz liked post by Shearer On thread : .270 barrel length and stock modding for suppressor
Personally I don't see the point of a suppressor on a 24"bbl 270. With that length barrel it shouldn't be too loud (nothing like something with a 16-18" bbl) and if it is less recoil you are after...

I know Fleurtys outfit used to use a TC encore, very rugged and reliable. Being a single shot it was the safest to give to a client new to guns. Seeing the gun carried open gave the guides peace of...

Red deer aren't that hard to kill with a well placed shot. Fallow even easier. You seem to understand its limitations, so go for it. I've shot enough with Remington 55 grn factory ammo and...
