+1 for Cu fouling. That shot of the muzzle indicates heavy fouling, and most likely a carbon build up too. Both will destroy accuracy. Given this is a new rifle and barrel did you go thru a break in...

I would run some jb's bore paste to eliminate the copper fouling prognosis. That copper looks pretty bad if thats after cleaning. Best copper remover out of every thing is gunslick bore foam....

now you see how to get an idea of how clean your bore is. Look at the muzzle. I hear that all the time. Oh my patches are clean. Yet looking at your muzzle that's not true that the bore is clean. ...
