ok so try 24.5grns and see how you go....there was a thread on here a year or so back...favourite loads for the 223 and the 24-26grns of 2206h was right up there at top it was interesting thread...

ok...I asume you using projectile in the 60grn plus weight bracket???? because 24.5grns of 2206h has been my go to load for years with 50-55grn weights... its mild on the light stuff and not to hot...
