You can with every tikka ive had anything to do with but then ive never shot a bad remington either. Most rifles these days will do moa or better if you find the ammo it likes

I have an old safe [circa 1875] that weighs in excess of 800 kgs, sides and top are sand filled so couldn't drill...easy fix was to cut bolt heads and glue in place.
