That’s awesome from an 18”. I’d be keen to shoot Speer 180btsp through a set up like that.

Should hand in deer tails in exchange for stamps/tokens. Cash the tokens in for helo flight hours to get into better country.

If you have a decent budget have a look at the A-Tek optima line. Got mine from stager sports. The A lok system means you can use them on multiple rifles and the design/quality is up there with...

Optima are over barrel. They don’t come back quite as far as dpt but very similar design. You buy an alok adapter for each BARRWL THREAD you want to use it on. Then you can transfer the suppressor...

I wrapped the feet in sports strapping tape. No more rattle. I’m waiting for his arca rails to come out.

The rattle sound comes from the feet hitting together as the legs have a very slight amount of play in them. The movement in the legs is actually a good thing as that slack gets taken up when you...

Bro there’s a delta Stryker and a vortex razor fs on this forum. That rifle deserves some long range loving.

30cal projectiles are easy to get and ADI powders work well so I’m a fan. 215, 230 and 245 bergers are all sweet projectiles so god knows why all the hate. Once suppressed the recoil is lighter...

The back country is perfectly adequate and has the same adjustability as an atlas. It does have a very wide stance which is good for stability but will limit how high you can raise the rifle. I’ve...

I still think 284win velocities are the sweet spot for hunting with 162s in NZ. Anything more is fine for geeking out on ballistics but realistically I need to move to Utah or Western Australia...

Moisture control is good. They breathe really well even if zipped right up. It’s effectively a goretex shell with netting and a zip. You will easily fit any pad inside the bivy. The bivy itself...
