Tikka has got no sights on it "straight out of the box" so one needs a scope 'cos I'm fairly sure you aren't good enough to shoot MOA without sights of some sort.

Most factory rifles equal the Tikka nowadays, Tikkas are greatly overated and costly compared to say Savage, Howa, Weatherby and so on

Aaah so you didn't actually shoot those targets ....... you used a Drill, that could possibly construed as not being an accurate assessment of your gun

No I'm not saying I can't do it nor am I saying I can, however I know I cannot do it consistently day after day ( and I shoot almost everyday) even if my Rifle is capable of doing 1/4" groups I can't...
