I would keep it E cat until I sold it and change it to A if needed by the new owner. I would sell it as is but with the original parts. ARs normally start at about $1500.

For the Mosin, if its hex receiver then a tad more than a round, but prewar are generally in better condition than mid 40s. however i suggest you dont sell it, they are stupidly good fun.
